Welcome to Health of It Transformation. Health of It Transformation is an outreach ministry of Body of Christ Ministries. My faith is the foundation of everything I teach. I believe each person has a God-given purpose and the ability to live with peace, clarity, and direction. This ministry exists to serve those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or without hope and to guide them back to truth, identity, and purpose. I help people regain control of their thoughts, emotions, and lives using simple, repeatable tools that create real change. I am Donel LeAnn Rourke, a Clinical Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist, health and wellness expert, and author of the Life is Easy We Just Think It Is Hard series. I bring over 30 years of experience in health, nutrition, and mindset work. My work focuses on one core truth. Your mind shapes your reality. When you change how you think, you change how you live.
